Meet Kevin R. Hobbs, Architect
I’m Kevin Hobbs, an architect who likes things to be clear, honest, and practical. I live in Utah with my family and do most of my work between here and Southern California. I care about how a place feels and looks, not just how it goes together. I’m detail-oriented but pretty low-key, and the best way to see if we’re a good fit is simply to talk and see if we’re aligned.
What I Do
I help clients develop design concepts, then I stick with it through the details to make sure the drawings match the real world. Most of my work is hotels and multi-family projects, but I also take on houses, landscapes, irrigation design, and CAD redraws and field verification for other teams. I spend a lot of time digging into code and real-world constraints so the designs are functional, buildable, and safe. The aim is simple: drawings that are easy to read and actually work for owners, contractors, and the people who use the spaces.
